Meridith currently offers individual and couples therapy for adults. Meridith uses the Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) model with all clients.

We do not currently accept insurance, we are an out of network provider. We offer superbills (detailed, itemized receipts) that clients may use to submit to their insurance for potential reimbursement. Superbills are available on the client portal.

Meridith see clients both in person and virtually. Virtual sessions are available for clients located in California. In person sessions are held at our office in San Francisco.

Current clients have the option to request treatment coordination or consultation with their other service providers.

Effective January 1, 2022, Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act gives you the right to obtain a Good Faith Estimate outlining the anticipated charges for non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy.
A Good Faith Estimate provides an overview of the expected costs associated with your medical and mental health care.
If you are billed an amount that exceeds your Good Faith Estimate by $400 or more, you have the right to challenge the charge.
